New Member Tool- Listing Stats & Seller Report

A New Seller Activity Report with Listing Stats is now LIVE for our members. It is currently in Phase 1 with analytics on the MiRealSource Single Property Website and tracking on social media, Zillow, Realtor.com and Trulia.

In later Phases we plan to have seller scheduling/automation, MLS data, data shares, and IDX/Brokerage sites.

To View Activity Reports:

Paragon > Resources > Property Inventory Links > List of Single Property Websites and click on "Listing Stats"

New Collab Center App for Clients

MiRealSource released the NEW Collaboration Center App. The Collaboration Center App allows agents and brokers to invite their clients to download and view listings in the palm of their hand. This is an exclusive App for benefit to MiRealSource members and vendored users', Clients.

It's an easy-to-use tool that can simply be downloaded from the App Store or on Google Play. This App allows agents to invite their clients with a unique code provided for each unique contact within Paragon's Contact manager.

MiRealSource & Next Door Photos Collab

MiRealSource members simply begin to place their order from Next Door Photos Website (date, time, location on their site) and there will be an option for ADD-ONs. Within the list of ADD-ONs, you can check MiRealSource. By checking MiRealSource, a signed assignment of copyrights will be emailed to you upon delivery of your photography/videography. It is extremely easy!
